A dry red field blend of Cabernet Franc, Riesling, Petit Manseng, and Vidal Blanc. Partially whole cluster co-fermented, this aged for 11 months in neutral 228L and 500L French oak barrels. Lighter-bodied, with dark berries, herbs, and sweet spice notes, this will pair well with Brunswick stew.
