A paler red wine made from the local Negra Criolla grape. Aromas of pomegranite, iron and minerals. After hand-harvesting, the grapes were fermented with native yeasts and left on the skins for 28 days before fermentation in tank. Aged in older French oak barrels before bottling unfiltered. Pair with homemade lomo saltado and you'll see why Peru is a premier food capital in this world. This and that they were the first to create the grape spirit of Pisco and now this, soulful wines with a generous spirit.
