A refined and elegant Pinot Noir sourced from a single vineyard in the Judean Hills, near Jerusalem. The grapes were fermented with their own stems for three weeks, then pressed gently and continued to age in French oak barrels for 15 months.

To be certified as Kosher for Passover, wine must be made without leavened grain products, handled only by Sabbath-observant Jews with production overseen by a rabbinical authority.
