MIllton Vineyards was New Zealand's first biodynamic estate. This Gisbourne-based family winery has been crafting exceptional wines since 1984. The Te Arai Vineyard is planted exclusively to Chenin Blanc, and expresses the terroir of these soils. Both stainless steel and used oak are used for vinification, and aging. Pair this dry white with roasted monkfish.
