This is one of the most intriguing bitters I have come across in a long time. It is another smashing success for Bittermens, a company with a long line of great products in its repetoire. Aromas and a palate of juniper, cucumber oil and garden vegetables immediately come to mind. However, I am remind, most specifically of the white part of a watermelon between the sweet, red fruit and the green skin. This will pair easily with any number of clear spirits; Vodka, silver Tequila, Gin or even Grappa, for those of you daring enough to go in that direction. I love versatility in bitters and the Bitter Melon has it in spades.
