Staff Pick Notes

Nardini is based in Bassano del Grappa, in the Veneto region. The company is famous for their grappa. It's entirely family owned and now Giuseppe, his daughter Cristina and three cousins represent the 7th generation of the family in the company. Delicious amaro with a wide flavor spectrum: strong milk chocolate, licorice, and a lot of peppermint. Classic bitter orange and gentian notes are present too and a pleasant sweetness lingers on your palate. Not too bitter, not too sweet, it's well balanced and harmonious. It can be drunk straight up or with few ice cubes, just how I like it!
