Susana Balbo's vineyards are located in Mendoza, at the foot of the Andes. It's a beautiful landscape, dry and arid and in the horizon you can admire the Andes snowy peaks. Dry long sunny days, cool nights and a very controlled irrigation, uncommon here in the past, make Mendoza a great place for winemaking. Crios Torrontes is a wine full of character at an affordable price: crisp and very aromatic with citrus and white flowers notes. A strong minerality is well balanced by a bright acidity. To be paired with white meats and salads!
