Tasting Notes

A vintage Gaston-Chiquet that's made entirely from Grand Cru Chardonnay vines. Drinking well today but can age further as the mineral structure is present, yet balanced with the floral & fruit aromas. Concentration marks the wines from this grower who is located in the Dizy village of the Marne Valley.

Staff Pick Notes

How does being swaddled in liquid poetry sound to you? If your answer is amazing then come with me on a toasty, nutty, golden apple-y journey.    Vintage Champagnes are not made every year. The Champagne community leaves the dated bubbly for exceptional years only. And this Champagne is no different.    Predominantly Chardonnay, you can feel the brightness alongside the complexity from the age, elevating it almost. The lush, nutty, brioche wraps the acidity up and makes this drinking experience especially interesting. Pair with oysters, Joan Didion, or anything else from the sea.

These winemakers control every...
