I used to save opening special bottles of wine to match an occasion or celebration. This wine is elegant and refined with the Pinot Noir giving off beautiful strawberry and raspberry fruit, and florals complemented by a luxurious mousse. It has a richness level that perfect for food but not so much that you couldn't sip it on its own.
