Slow processes and supporting the natural harmony in their biodynamic vineyards and surrounding environment are key to their philosophy. The fruits of these efforts go into this wondrous off-dry Chenin Blanc. All of its elements are in harmony. A honey-like texture and fresh acidity with pleasant candied fruits, white tea and jasmine on the palate. It's a generous partner with different ethnic cuisine. Particularly with some heat. Sensational with curry spices like turmeric, coriander, ginger, cumin, and cardamom.
