Bonnezeaux, a Grand Cru within the Loire's Côteaux du Layon, offers one of France's richest dessert wines. Made from Chenin Blanc that was affected by noble rot. After a hand harvest, the grapes are slowly fermented into this gorgeous dessert wine with a bouquet of acacia, orange peels and verbena. Domaine de la Petite Croix's vineyards are located in the heart of Angers, in Thouarcé. Pair with a cheese plate that includes a Roquefort.
