This wine is produced from the sole holdings of the Pillot family in the neighboring village of Puligny. Les Noyers Bret vineyard lies just downslope of Le Montrachet. This is a nervy and mineral rich style of white Burgundy from Jean-Marc Pillot. The wine walks a tight rope balancing mineral presence against oak. Exotic tropical fruit notes on the nose complete the profile.
