A dry white wine made from a blend of Godello, Albarino and Treixadura grown on the steep slopes of Ribeira Sacra. Cortezada is a single vineyard grown on a mix of schist, quartz and gneiss and must be worked by hand. Fermented with native yeast in steel tanks.
