A crisp, refreshing white wine made from a blend of Dalmatian grapes: 25% Bogdanuša, 25% Pošip, 25% Maraština, 25% Prc. Grapes are hand-harvested and aged in stainless steel tanks. This comes from the picturesque island of Hvar. The vines are surrounded by olive groves, rosemary, lavendar and the Adriatic sea. The vineyards are on the southern slopes of the island, below Mount Biokovo and is Sibenik. Unoaked.

Often, especially in the winter, I find myself fantasizing about lounging on a beach somewhere desolate in the Mediterranean with nothing but a chilled bottle of wine to quench my thirst. And while I may not get to that beach anytime soon, I can safely say that this is that wine. I have a little joke that inexpensive wine tastes like grapes and expensive wine tastes like strawberries.
