Tasting Notes

The Mont de Milieu vineyard has limestone-rich soils and is one of the top Premier Crus in all of Chablis that produces age-worth white Burgundy. The Genèves domaine was started in 1973. Their prime parcels, older vines contribute to the complex aromas and round texture you find on the palate.
