Distilled from clementines grown on local farms near the distillery at a multi-generation family owned ranch in Bakersfield. The citrus is naturally fermented into clementine wine prior to distillation and while this is technically a vodka, the gentle distilling method allows for the presence of the fruit to be apparent in the final spirit also lending it a round supple and super soft texture. A thoughtful, local, sustainable spirit that is supremely elegant.
