If you are a fan of single malts and bourbon, this whiskey is one you need to try! Christian Krogstad, the Founder and Master Distiller at Westward Whiskey, had a vision to create a distinctly American single malt. This vision led to a spirit that is exactly that. Utilizing a proprietary ale yeast on locally grown and malted two-row barley, we start with a rich, malty backbone. An explosion of flavor erupts on your palate with a delicious maltiness, followed by candied cherries, vanilla, and chocolate. A very generous whiskey indeed!
