Tasting Notes

A great reposado may be one of the hardest things to achieve in the world of spirits. Starting with and retaining a base spirit of great blanco and figuring out how to elevate it and transform it into a distinctive new expression all at once a its own sort of special alchemy, one in which the results too often are not gold coming out of barrel. This is a big new exception for the category. Maybe a new benchmark. The tequila is focused and precise with laser like flavors that hit your palate with all the right notes. Another solid release from this producer.
