One of the great family producers in all of tequila, Cascahuín excels at fine tuned variances in production that add layers of complexity to all of their thoughtful creations. This very small batch reposado exemplifies their approach. To make it fully mature agaves are cooked slowly in stone ovens and cement and steel fermented, including with natural wild yeasts. Double pot distilled in steel and copper and then aged for 6-8 months in ex-American Oak casks. No additives of course. Limited.
