A timeless white wine match with a baguette and Comté cheese - especially for those nights when there's just no time to cook. This white wine from the Jura has a unique character, a little nutty, full of minerals and dry on the palate. The barrels were topped up and there was no flor aging however the two years of barrel aging adds a complex character on the palate nonetheless.
