This is a dry white wine made from a field blend of 15 grapes: Sauvignon Blanc, Menu Pineau, Romorantin, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Melon de Bourgogne, Sacy, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sémillon, Aligoté, Chenin, Chasselas, Savagnin, Meslier-Saint-François. Pair with tarragon chicken. The estate is run by Etienne Courtois who learned from his father, Claude.
