Made only in the most exceptional years, this bottling comes from the estates oldest Malvasia vines. The juice is left on the skins for a short maceration, and then ferments in small used wooden barrels. Medium-bodied and aromatic with white flowers, stone fruits, and a touch of spice, this pairs well with braised octopus.
