I love it when a client recommends one of our wines to me. With such a broad selection (by no means a bad thing), it can be challenging to taste every new bottle that shows up on our shelves. Luckily we have some great long time customers who can just as easily guide me toward something I may have missed. That's exactly why I took this bottle home! Lumière evokes the sunny warmth of Southern France. A classic blend of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, and Roussanne, this is similar to a Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc, but with more accessibility. A subtle nose with slightly waxy texture and solid weight from the grape varieties in the blend, this is an elegant, full-bodied delight. Recommended pairing: summer greens, sardines, orange bell pepper, and pepitas.
