A field blend of Pinot Noir, Furmint, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a few old vine unknown varieites, this is a refreshing and racy light-bodied red wine. What started as an experimental cuvée, hence its name, has morphed into a highly quaffable, yet intriguing wine. Pair with chicken paprikás.
