A Pétillant Naturel (Pét-Nat) made from Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo. The vineyards are planted high up at an elevation of 500 meters which is the highest point in the Maremma region of Tuscany. Gorgeous accessible red fruits on the palate, slightly cloudy visually as the fermentation finished in bottle. Pair with starters like bruschetta or a tomato and mozzarella salad.
