Created from spirit distilled in 1994 on both John Dore double retort pot (80%) and column (20%) stills and 100% tropical aged in 40yr old Muscat Wine casks provided by the Charles Sturt Winery. The angel's share was a staggering 50% at the time of bottling and the rum that we are left with is the perfect marriage of the intense tropical profile with the rich Muscat casks as the perfect compliment. Phenomenal rum. Every drop should be savoured.
