A treasure of a spirit that while it may be labeled simply as a gin, reaches and lands far beyond the arbitrary limits of that category with this expression. For this year's one-off Distiller's Cut, the special ingredient was found in Canada, far from the Black Forest, and sourced from multi-generation organic farm Cosman & Webb. The ingredient in question is some of the finest maple sryup on the planet. You can taste and feel it in every drop of this gin however subtle. Another part of the magic trick is how the syrup coaxes even more flavor out of the classic botanicals for this gin. Superb.
