A mineral-driven white wine made mostly of Godello. This comes from the dramatic slopes of the Ribeira Sacra where tiny plots of local grapes cling to the terrain. The fruit is hand-picked, fermented with native yeasts in tank. Aromas of lemongrass, quince and chamomile on the palate. A white you could pair with cod fritters or sushi.
