The village of Villarrobledo has winemaking tradtions that date to Roman times, and this project aims to revitalize local viticulture. This dry red is entirely 75+ year-old Monastrell grown on sandy loam soils. Fermented in tank, this is aged in the region's traditional tinajas and used oak barrel before bottling. Pair with gazpachos manchegos stew.
