A zesty and herbaceous dry white, the fruit comes from old vines from the areas of Steinhaus, Steinberg, and Steinmassl in Kamptal. A portion of the wine spent several days on its skins, and was blended with the free run juice. It aged for 8 months in steel, and will pair with fish in chili oil.
