A dry skin contact white made from Muskateller and Weissburgunder, in the solera method. The wine spends varying days on the skins, and sees 6 month on the full lees, and 2 months on the fine lees all in stainless steel. Blended with 30% of the previous vintage before bottling. Pair with Käferbohnensalat.
