Yes this amaro looks a bit cloudy and hazy but fear not. You would only ever bottle a spirit this way if you not only had supreme confidence in the qualityof your ingredients but, as in Fred Jerbis' case, extreme pride. The 16 herbs and botanicals used for this magnificent amaro are all handpicked by Fred himself either cultivated on his own farm or foraged nearby. This is artisanal is the highest quality way. There is both a lightness of touch and intensity of flavor that you rarely see from bigger production brands.
