Produced only from the local Pignolo grape, this structured dry red ferments on the skins in qvevri from Georgia. It is then aged in oak barrels for 5 years, and aged a further 9 years in bottle before relase. Concentrated, with earthy depth and complex aromas. Pair with cevapcici and ajvar.
