I was unable to find information on Bodegas Finca Eloísa, but this white Rioja is first and foremost both expressive and delicious. The bodega used tempranillo blanco, chardonnay, viura, and sauvignon blanc to create a wine that manages to exhibit ample fruit, refreshing minerality, and noticeable richness on the palate. There are flavors and aromas of some tropical fruits, but mainly peach, nectarine, green apple, vanilla, wet stones, and subtle floral aromatics.
