Small batch Tequila aged for an average of 37 months in re-charred American oak barrels sourced from Jack Daniel’s, Jim Beam, Clermont, and Four Roses. Crafted from Blue Weber agave and volcanic spring water, a small portion was finished with French oak staves before blending. Aromas of roasted agave, vanilla, dark chocolate, butterscotch, oak, dried fruit, and warm spice all while preserving the agave character.
