This dry red blend of Corvina, Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara comes from 30 year-old vines. Two fermenations occur, the second with the addition of Amarone pomace for 8 days. Aged for one year in 225L small oak barrels, this will pair well with mushroom and radicchio risotto.
