A singular expression of Sauvignon Blanc, this is Vincent's top cuvée. From 35+ year-old vines in the lieu-dit of Les Bouloises, this vineyard is steep and with large boulders. Fermented and aged in a single large neutral French oak foudre, this aged on the lees for 2 years. Pair this concentrated dry white with coquilles St.-Jacques.
