From the estate vineyards of Cjastenet and Roncj, this dry red is a blend of Refosco and Schioppettino. Vinified in stainless steel for 2 weeks, this is aged in cask for one year, and aged another year in bottle before release. Medium-bodied, with light tannins, this is perfumed with dark fruits, violets, roses, and pepper. Pair with goulash triestino.
