A dry white blend of Hamdani and Jandali grapes, both indigenous to Palestine and the area around Bethlehem. Fermented and aged on the lees for 6 months in stainless steel. Cremisan was founded in 1885 by a young priest, and provided employment to locals and supported the orphanage. Pair with Mansaf.
