A field blend of local apples, sourced from a family-owned farm in Mendocino County is made into a cider and cold fermented before more fresh apples are added and they are all distilled together. Aged in premium American and French Oak that held cider, wine and whiskies the 3 year brandy is blended with old reserves aged up to 12 years. A truly singular and American brandy we only wish there was more of. Notes of lemon meringue, apple cider donuts, clover honey, sage and cloves. One of the rarest creations in the venerable St. George stable.
