A red wine from the Savoie made of the local red grape, Mondeuse (90%) and Pinot Noir. This is a lighter bodied red wine with a lighter color too yet the palate is giving, filled with cherries of all colors. The fruit was destemmed, fermented with native yeast and then a portion of the wine was aged in barrels. Pair with Chicken Saltimbocca.
