Created in 1879 by Pietro Bordiga, this was once exclusively served at Turin's Caffè Mulassano. This extra dry vermouth features botanicals foraged from the Occitan alpine region, and was produced at Bordiga Distillery. Based on Muscato wine, fortified and infused with wormwood, lemon, coriander, marjoram, fennel, quinine, cardamom, and vanilla. Perfect over ice, or in your next martini.
