This semi-sweet white vermouth is based on Pinot Blanc that is locally sourced. Fortified with a neutral grape spirit, this is infused with botanicals including fig leaf, bitter orange, green cardamom, cinchona bark, cacao, roasted dandelion root, sweet woodruff, toasted coconut, bay leaf, coriander seed, and quassia root. Sweetened with cane sugar, this is a collaboration with Trick Dog in San Francisco. Inventive and very versatile.
