Staff Pick Notes

What is it that I like about this sparkling wine? Well first of all I have always enjoyed crisp and peppery Gruner Veltliner. So with the addition of bubbles it makes it even more of an event! The brothers Norbert and Peter Szigeti utilize "Methode Traditional" in the production of this beauty. The use of native yeast from Champagne, France gives some recognizability in terms of aroma and taste on the palate. Such a high quality fizz is a steal at this price!
