Real Minero Astor Batch Ensamble Mezcal - 2019

A traditional field blend made by one of the most traditional producers on the planet.The agaves used for this batch, made exclusively for us are comprised of Barril, Cuishe, Largo, Arroqueno & Castilla. As with all things from this producer, everything was harvested and made by hand, fermented naturally and distilled to proof on direct fire earthen clay pot stills. The entire batch yielded only 40 liters, with a tiny amount archived by the Angeles family and the rest we are honored to share with you. Grab one of these precious bottles while you can. What more could you be looking for? Distilled in October of 2019 and aged in glass demi-john for one year and six months prior to bottling.
