From vines around 30 years of age, grown on a south-facing slope, all hand harvested, and organically farmed. A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Pignolo, aged in vat for 2 years, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The great care with which Saša Radikon crafts his wines also extends to his S line, which offers traditionally sized bottles.
