Our second collaboration with Australia's peerless gin distiller and one of the greatest gin producers in the world, goes further down the rabbit hole with a focus on the abundance of mesmerizing, highly aromatic and distinctive native Australian botanicals. Volume two has a strong juniper backbone paired with local lemon myrtle, macadamia nut, lemon and grapefruit peels and a heaping dose of spicy vetiver.
