This unusual Sylvaner sees whole cluster pressing, and then aged in tank for 5 years sous voile. A style of winemaking more closely associated this neighboring Jura, the nose is still defiantly Alsatian in nature. Pair this fruit and nut-forward dry white with choucroute aux trois poissons.
