Made from a long multi-week open airm ferment, and 100% pot distillation - this rum also has the highest registered esters ever bottled for commercial release. Meant too be used in micro quantities as a tool and major flavor enhancer in cocktails. In extremely limited release with an initial run of only 5,000 bottles for the world.
